BLABLAYOGA
la mia visione
Blablayoga sostanzialmente vuol dire che “si potrebbe parlare all’infinito della disciplina dello Yoga” perché fondamentalmente è così! E chi ha abbracciato questo “stile di vita” lo sa bene. Blablayoga però vuole essere anche uno strumento semplice e conciso perché tempo all’infinito purtroppo non ne abbiamo e, in una società frenetica come la nostra, è importante avere risposte chiare e comprensibili. Tutto questo si fa chiaro in me quando inizio ad insegnare Yoga ai bambini e mi rendo conto che genitori e nonni ben poco sanno di questa meravigliosa disciplina ma, affascinati, vorrebbero sapere di più. Blablayoga vuole fornire aiuto alle famiglie che sempre più si avvicinano a questa disciplina ma anche d’aiuto ai nuovi insegnanti di Yoga per bambini.
